Book 9 of 2013 is Tea on the Riviera by Charles Ray Hastings Jr.
This is another short story but I'm counting this one also! This is the story of two friends who go on a road trip for one of there birthdays after a night of extensive drinking and drug usage.
This wasn't one of my favorite stories. I feel like that's just me though. You have to decipher his drug induced speeches through out the whole story. But the writing was very well done. I felt like the characters were a little bit lacking but overall is wasn't bad. I would recommend it if you want a more in depth read.
